Loblaw is hiring a Senior Analyst for its Risk Advisory Services team in Brampton, Ontario.
The role supports enterprise risk management across Loblaw and related business entities, partnering with stakeholders on strategic and operational risk matters.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of the enterprise risk framework, risk assessments, monitoring protocols, and periodic risk reporting.
- Identify emerging risks and trends, evaluate significant business issues, and recommend mitigation and improvement actions.
- Prepare and present visual reports, presentations, and workshops for business stakeholders, senior leaders, the Board, and committees.
- Follow up with action owners on risk mitigation and remediation, and collaborate with Assurance and Advisory teams on risk and compliance activities.
- Integrate risk management into strategic planning and business processes, and lead initiatives to improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in business operations, consulting, project management, internal audit, or external audit/advisory.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Strong Excel and Power Point skills, business acumen, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of risk management frameworks such as ISO and COSO is preferred. MBA, CPA, PMP, CRM, CIA, CISA, or a similar designation is an asset.
Compensation
Hiring range: $80,000–$110,000 per year.
