Shoppers Drug Mart is hiring a part-time Beauty Manager for its store at 12277 10th Line, Building A, in Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ontario. This role manages the Beauty department's resources to maximize sales and meet targets.
Responsibilities
- Set sales goals, track performance, coach staff in selling skills, and work toward sales and productivity targets.
- Provide superior customer service, promote products and the PC Optimum program, and coordinate appointments and events.
- Train, mentor, motivate, and support Beauty department staff, including contributing to performance appraisals.
- Maintain cosmetic operating standards and schedule shifts to reflect peak hours.
Qualifications
- Sales experience with a record of achieving sales goals and experience with cosmetics.
- Experience leading a team and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-service orientation, sound judgment, and the ability to work with the Associate-Owner and Front Store Manager.
Employment: Part-time, regular role.
