This Associate Product Manager supports Manulife's Get Care and Member Experience initiatives. You will coordinate delivery across discovery, requirements, build, testing, launch, and post-launch support. The work includes product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and journey maps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate integration delivery from discovery through post-launch support
- Translate needs into product requirements and user stories
- Collaborate with technical teams and external partners
- Co-manage roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery plans
- Monitor adoption, authentication success, reliability, and member experience
Requirements:
- Experience in digital product management or related areas
- Experience with identity, SSO, APIs, or integrations
- University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Communicate data flows, SAML 2.0, OIDC, and testing
- English-French bilingualism is an asset
