As a General Foreperson, you'll report directly to the Operations Superintendent, overseeing day-to-day operations for mining at Eskay Creek. Your leadership will guide site teams and contractors to adhere to safety regulations, drive operational standards, and manage multi-shift work schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all mining operations within the project
- Oversee drill and blast activities across work fronts
- Ensure BC HSRC codes compliance for mining tasks

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BC Mines Shift Boss Certificate required
- 8+ years in open pit mining operations
