Skeena Gold + Silver Limited is seeking experienced Dozer Operators to join their team at the Eskay Creek Mine site in British Columbia.
This role involves operating both conventional and remote-controlled dozers to support mining production, earthworks, and environmental activities.
The ideal candidates will have significant experience with large-scale mining equipment and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork in a remote, camp-based environment.

- What You’ll Need
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience operating large dozers (D155, D375, D10, D11 or equivalent) in mining or large-scale earthworks
- Experience in mass excavation, haul road construction, dump management, and material placement
- Ability to interpret grade stakes, survey layouts, and construction drawings
- Experience with remote-controlled equipment or tele-remote systems is an asset
- Strong computer aptitude and ability to learn camera-based operating systems
- Excellent hazard recognition and commitment to safe operating practices
- Strong radio communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather and physically demanding conditions
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
