Mining Heavy Equipment Operators are needed at Skeena Gold + Silver’s Eskay Creek Mine in British Columbia. This is a site-based camp position operating on a 15 days on/13 days off rotation. Operators will handle a variety of heavy mining equipment in a dynamic, safety-focused environment. The ideal candidates are experienced, safety-conscious, and able to work in remote, rugged conditions.

What You’ll Need
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 3–5+ years of experience operating heavy mining equipment on active mine sites
- Proficiency with loaders, dozers, graders, and hydraulic excavators (Komatsu WA800, WA900, PC2000, PC4000, D375, GD955, etc.)
- Experience with large-scale material handling, road construction, and supporting drilling/blasting operations
- Ability to read grade stakes, blueprints, and civil layouts
- Strong adherence to safety policies, SOPs, and hazard assessments
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, rotating days/nights, including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to climb equipment, lift up to 50 lb (23 kg), and work in extreme weather
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
