Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care promoting patient health and recovery
- Assess patient needs and adapt care plans accordingly
- Collaborate with RNs for effective patient care transitions
- Administer medications and treatments as instructed
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Requirements:
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Practical Nursing Diploma with IV medication administration
- BCLS/HCP certification required
- Minimum one year clinical nursing experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
