Jefferson looking for a babysitter or nanny in Oshawa

Hello! We are a family based in Whitby, Ontario and we are looking for an energetic, experienced and dependable weekend nanny to join our family on a long-term basis. We have three children - an infant, a 3-year-old and a 6-year-old - and are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being active with children and creating fun, engaging weekends.

Schedule

• Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
• 24 guaranteed hours every weekend
• Consistent, ongoing position
• We are looking for someone who can make a reliable long-term commitment to this schedule

Compensation

$25/hour

We are particularly interested in someone who is:

• Comfortable caring for multiple children of different ages, including an infant
• Creative and proactive about planning activities rather than simply supervising
• Flexible and adaptable to family's changing needs on the weekends (for example: supervising younger children during older child's practices when needed; household tasks if children are out with parents)
• Interested in sports and physical activity - our older children play hockey and soccer and we would love someone who enjoys supporting their athletic development
• Agreeable to light household tasks to support the family such as basic meal prep/cooking, cleaning up dishes, getting sports bags packed/ready etc.
