This full-time position blends creative instincts with performance thinking across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels. You will guide strategy, experimentation, and production for multiple accounts. The work connects creative direction with campaign KPIs and measurable advertising results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead creative strategy and testing for three to five eCommerce brands
- Develop hypotheses, structure tests, and scale winning creative
- Write actionable briefs covering hooks through calls to action
- Review metrics to identify winning angles and patterns
- Partner with Account Managers on KPIs and client reporting
Requirements:
- One to three years developing paid social creative
- Track record producing measurable CTR, CVR, CPA, or ROAS results
- Portfolio featuring paid social and UGC-style advertising
- Strong understanding of copy, hooks, pacing, and storytelling
- Analytical communication, organization, and time-management skills
