Lead global pharmaceutical engineering across Brampton, Billerica, New Brunswick, and Haifa through technical leadership, compliance, and continuous improvement. This engineering leadership role requires ten years of pharmaceutical industry experience and multi-site global engineering expertise. You will guide facilities, utilities, manufacturing, and reliability priorities across OSD, aseptic, and semi-solid environments. The position supports strategic alignment across cluster sites and corporate initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic engineering direction across global cluster sites Evaluate maturity and drive continuous improvement initiatives Monitor GEP, SOP, utilities, and facility metrics Lead capital projects from concept through handover Strengthen engineering safety, reliability, and operational excellence Requirements:
