Lead analog circuit design for SiTime’s MEMS timing products, using PLL expertise and Cadence simulation within an advanced semiconductor team. As a Staff Analog Design Engineer, you will develop key circuit blocks from specification through proven silicon. You will apply CMOS or BiCMOS IC design knowledge, understand top-level architecture, and address system-level requirements. Collaboration spans layout, digital, system design, validation, and product development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop specifications for high-performance timing product circuits
- Design analog circuits and integrate blocks into complete chips
- Collaborate with distributed cross-functional design teams
- Test, debug, and characterize laboratory prototypes
- Support validation and customer applications
Requirements:
- Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering
- Six or more years of analog or mixed-signal IC design
- CMOS or BiCMOS integrated circuit design experience
- PLL, VCO, phase detector, or charge pump design experience
- Cadence analog or mixed-signal simulation proficiency
