As a Service Operations Specialist, you will support SITA service quality and customer satisfaction through dependable technical operations. The work covers PAX applications, Windows systems, networking, incident investigation, and operational procedures. You will also contribute scripting, automation, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents across PAX applications
- Troubleshoot applications using logs, APIs, telemetry, and dependencies
- Execute SOPs, runbooks, and system health checks
- Manage escalations with SRE, Engineering, and Field Operations
- Develop scripts and automate repetitive operational tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- One to two years in application support or IT operations
- Customer-facing support and SLA delivery experience
- Windows support, TCP/IP, DNS, and connectivity knowledge
- ITIL operational knowledge and strong analytical skills
