Sioux Lookout Regional Physicians' Services Incorporated (SLRPSI) is seeking an Internal Medicine Specialist for contract or locum positions in beautiful Northwestern Ontario.
Sioux Lookout is located in Northwestern Ontario, between Thunder Bay and Winnipeg. Surrounded by lakes, this community of approximately 6,000 residents is known as the Hub of the North, providing essential medical and healthcare services to the region.
SLRPSI serves 28 surrounding First Nations communities, most of which are accessible only by air. With populations ranging from 350 to 3,500 residents per community, SLRPSI helps provide healthcare services to approximately 30,000-35,000 people across Sioux Lookout and these remote First Nations communities.
As an Internal Medicine Specialist, you will encounter complex medical cases and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of residents throughout Northwestern Ontario.
