Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical leadership and management of Pods
- Collaborate with Allied Health Professionals and caregivers
- Monitor work plans and operating budgets
- Develop annual reports aligning with organizational objectives
- Ensure staff training and performance management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in an Allied Health field
- Minimum three years as an Allied Health Professional
- Two years in leadership and management roles
- Experience with electronic medical records and budgeting
- Must be willing to relocate to Sioux Lookout
