Lead HVACR sales and operations across Sinclair Supply’s Midwest Region, with oversight of branches in Saskatoon, Regina, and Winnipeg. Travel approximately 35% while driving regional performance. As Regional Manager, you will guide multiple branches within Sinclair Supply Ltd., a wholesale HVACR distributor serving customers since 1946. The position combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership across sales growth, operational execution, financial management, and customer experience. You will develop Branch Managers and frontline teams while translating company priorities into consistent action.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve regional sales, margin, and profitability objectives
- Oversee inventory, fulfillment, deliveries, and operational standards
- Manage regional P&L, forecasting, budgets, and cost controls
- Develop branch leaders and frontline employees through coaching
- Ensure consistent customer experiences and resolve escalated issues
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education, degree, diploma, or technical designation
- Five or more years’ management experience in wholesale distribution
- HVACR industry management experience is an asset
- Experience managing multiple branches
- Valid driver’s license and driver’s abstract
