Lead strategic sourcing for packaging materials at SinaLite in Markham, using negotiation and category management skills in a hybrid, three-day office model. This Strategic Sourcing Manager will own supplier relationships across Flexible Packaging, Folding Carton, Roll Labels, Large Format, and Commercial Print. The role focuses on cost reduction, payment terms, inventory exposure, and material quality. You will use NetSuite data, AI, and analytics tools to support sourcing decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own supplier relationships, pricing, terms, quality, and inventory exposure
- Execute negotiation strategies across five product categories
- Deliver category cost reductions and report Finance-reconciled savings
