Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and coordinate outpatient psychiatry clinic activities
- Register patients and respond to in-person and telephone interactions
- Review messages, chart information, and notify physicians
- Maintain clinic schedules, charts, statistics, and demographic data
- Coordinate meetings, teleconferences, webinars, and clinical events
Requirements:
- College diploma in Medical Office or Business Administration preferred
- Five years of academic or healthcare setting experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
- Strong oral, written communication, planning, and coordination skills
- Judgment, discretion, initiative, and confidentiality with patient information
