How You Will Create An Impact:
- Represent Simon-Kucher as an individual contributor, delivering high-quality outputs and client-ready deliverables that meet and exceed client expectations.
- Work in teams across a wide variety of healthcare and life sciences clients, products, and project types.
- Analyze and interpret healthcare and life sciences data to support pricing, market access, sales, launch, and commercial strategies.
- Support data science engagements and analytical workstreams by contributing to high-quality analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Apply theoretical knowledge to develop predictive models using modern statistical, mathematical, machine learning, and artificial intelligence techniques.
- Prepare compelling presentations, reports, and client-ready deliverables that communicate findings and recommendations clearly.
- Stay current with emerging research, market changes, and the latest data trends.
- Contribute innovative ideas, creative solutions, and thought leadership that address client business challenges.
- Collaborate with internal and external business and technology experts from around the world.
- Engage in workshops and training sessions to enhance consulting and business acumen.
Your Profile:
- Undergraduate and/or graduate degree from an accredited university or college in relevant fields.
- 2+ years of relevant full-time work experience in AI, data science, analytics, and digital.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Strong technical foundation in statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive modeling.
- Proven experience analyzing and solving complex business problems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay Transparency Language: The pay range for this position in Toronto is 135,000 – 150,000 CAD/year plus potential annual performance-based bonus. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical insurance, basic life insurance, and RRSP to eligible employees.
