Reporting to the Director of Care, this Registered Practical Nurse role impacts residents across the Sienna Senior Living community.
You will provide nursing and personal care, communicate with residents and families, supervise assigned Personal Support Workers, and complete ongoing assessments.
Experience in geriatrics, rehabilitation, or senior health is an asset.
