Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care as per protocols and physicians' orders
- Ensure excellent delivery of nursing and personal care
- Create welcoming environment through effective teamwork
- Oversee resident care and communicate with families
- Supervise Personal Support Workers assigned to your unit
Requirements:
- RPN in good standing with the Ontario College of Nurses
- Experience in geriatrics or senior health care preferred
- Good judgement and positive work fostering skills
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Successful Vulnerable Sector Check required
