Key Responsibilities:
- Set up equipment and ingredients for meal preparation
- Prepare meals according to specified dietary requirements
- Monitor food quality and report issues to the team leader
- Assume departmental responsibilities in the leader's absence
- Assist in training new kitchen team members
Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 education
- Valid Safe Food Handling Certificate required
- Experience in institutional cooking or hospitality
- Positive attitude essential to meet standards
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
