Lead clinical operations as an Associate Director of Care and Registered Nurse at Sienna Senior Living in Stouffville, Ontario.
Reporting to the Director of Care, this permanent full-time leadership position oversees clinical operations and nursing staff. You will guide person-centered care, support regulatory compliance, and improve resident outcomes. The work includes care planning, supervision, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff
- Develop care plans with healthcare professionals
- Monitor care quality and implement evidence-based practices
- Train, supervise, and evaluate nursing professionals
- Coordinate inspections, audits, surveys, and corrective actions
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Nursing Science or equivalent post-diploma education
- Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses
- At least one year nursing experience in long-term care
- Two to three years managerial or supervisory Registered Nurse experience
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
