As a Personal Support Worker on Sienna's Long Term Care team, you will understand residents' stories and living experiences.
You will support activities of daily living, provide resident care, and encourage participation in programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Support eating, dressing, hygiene, and grooming according to care plans
- Encourage use of glasses, hearing aids, and sensory supports
- Administer prescribed medication after additional training and supervision
- Ensure access to canes, walkers, call bells, and devices
- Provide cognitive, social, emotional, spiritual, oral, and dental care
Requirements
- Completed approved Personal Support Worker program or nursing degree
