Lead clinical care as a Registered Nurse Director of Care, guiding nursing teams and supporting residents at Granite Ridge Community across multiple sites.
Reporting to the Manager, Clinical Compliance Excellence, you will help operate the home efficiently while delivering high-quality resident care.
This permanent full-time position includes clinical programs, regulatory compliance, team coaching, and resident-family relationships.
You will support care plans, infection control, RAI MDS, Nursing Rehab, and Restorative Care.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
