You will understand residents' experiences, build relationships with residents and families, and support daily health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with eating, dressing, hygiene, and grooming
- Encourage use of glasses, hearing aids, and sensory supports
- Administer prescribed medication after required training and supervision
