The LPN provides nursing and personal care per physician orders and the resident care plan, while upholding privacy, dignity and autonomy for residents.
You will work with RNs and other care staff to monitor health, document care plans, and participate in in-service programs, ensuring high-quality outcomes and regulatory compliance.
