Shape product education and community for Siena as a product person who teaches, building curriculum, workshops, and credentials for CX AI audiences.
This role teaches Siena's team, customers, and the market. You will create onboarding, product sessions, demos, Academy learning paths, and community programs. Your work connects product depth with customer outcomes, sales enablement, and market education across consumer brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run release education sessions, documentation, and product demonstrations
- Lead customer workshops and recurring product learning sessions
- Build repeatable onboarding from signed contract to first value
- Create Siena Academy curriculum, certifications, and learning paths
- Develop community spaces, events, rituals, and public courses
Requirements:
- Ability to demo, break, and teach Siena deeply
- Exceptional teaching and storytelling skills for complex products
- Builder experience shipping products, programs, academies, or communities
- Deep understanding and practical use of AI products
- Experience building agents and AI systems is valued
