Siemens seeks an intermediate to senior System Specialist with proven Building Automation Systems experience. You will support Smart Buildings, Security Systems, and BAS through programming, commissioning, and functional verification. The work includes direct communication with customers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform wiring checkout, system startups, programming, and commissioning
- Complete calibration, adjustments, and commissioning reports
- Create graphics and manage system databases
- Coordinate project schedules and communicate execution status
- Train customers and coach end users or technicians
Requirements:
- Two year technical diploma or equivalent practical experience
- Two to five years of direct BAS programming experience
- Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, TCP/IP, and MSTP
- Proven diagnostic skills for systematic technical problem resolution
- Valid unrestricted Class 5 driver's license
