This part-time, independent contractor position requires applicants to work with children utilizing ABA strategies established by a Senior Therapist. Candidates should be available for at least 4 hours on weeknights or weekends and have a minimum of 6 months experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA teaching strategies as outlined
- Record session data and client notes accurately
- Communicate effectively with parents and team members
- Arrive punctually for every scheduled session
- Utilize feedback from RBA to improve outcomes
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months relevant therapy experience
- College Diploma or University Degree in a related field
- Proven organizational and time management abilities
- Reliable transportation for client meetings
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
