Side by Side Therapy seeks skilled contract Instructor Therapists for New Tecumseth and surrounding areas. You will support children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities in their homes. The work requires applying Individualized Service Plans, recording data, and maintaining communication with families and agency teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA sessions as directed by the RBA
- Follow each client's Individualized Service Plan
- Record and graph required data and notes
- Apply timely feedback to improve client outcomes
- Communicate regularly with parents and team members
Requirements:
- Minimum six months' Instructor Therapist experience
- Experience implementing ABA procedures under RBA direction
- Minimum four-hour weekly availability for scheduled sessions
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills
- College diploma or university degree in a related field
