Support patient care as a Bilingual Nurse Field Case Manager in Mississauga, using assessment, communication, and reimbursement expertise. This is a full-time position.
At Shoppers Drug Mart's Specialty Health Network, the Nurse Field Case Manager manages patient and physician case loads. You will coordinate therapy, provide disease education, monitor adherence, and support side-effect management. The position also works with reimbursement teams to help secure drug coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned patient and physician or clinic case loads
- Coordinate client progress from enrollment throughout therapy
- Provide patient, caregiver, and in-clinic education
- Document care changes and maintain continuity of care
- Report adverse events and product technical complaints promptly
Requirements:
- Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license
- Five or more years of direct clinical experience
- Recent Patient Support Program experience
- Reimbursement knowledge and Special Authorization letter experience
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English is an asset
