As Assistant Front Store Manager, you assist the Front Store Manager with human, physical, and financial resources. You help achieve store objectives through standards, staffing, scheduling, hiring, and team leadership. The position supports all departments except Pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Store Standards across sales floor and backroom
- Support labour scheduling through Work Force Management
- Ensure staffing levels adequately operate the business
- Help hire for departments excluding Pharmacy
- Lead staff through Blue Culture and Core Values
Requirements:
- Previous retail management experience
- Strong planning, organization, and decision-making skills
- Effective time management and prioritization abilities
- Superior interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills
- Business and financial acumen
