Lead Shoppers Drug Mart's Front Store in Scarborough with retail management and financial analysis expertise. This is a regular part time opportunity.
The Front Store Manager oversees overall Front Store performance, excluding Pharmacy, at 2330 Kennedy Road. This manager leads customer service, store procedures, staffing, financial resources, and store objectives. The position includes cosmetics and all other Front Store areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Store Standards across Front Store areas and backroom
- Manage labour scheduling using Work Force Management
- Hire and support hiring for non-Pharmacy departments
- Coach staff and conduct performance reviews
- Analyze financial reports and address discrepancies
Requirements:
- Minimum five years of previous retail management experience
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Superior interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills
- Effective organization, planning, and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize changing initiatives quickly
