As a Senior Specialist, Beauty Operations, you will oversee beauty performance for a regional group of stores. You will partner with Store Management, Beauty Managers, teams, corporate groups, and vendors. Your focus includes identifying growth opportunities, improving results, and supporting national programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Store Management on corporate programs and standards
- Review sales data and monitor key performance
- Identify local opportunities to increase store traffic
- Provide training on makeup artistry, eClienteling, and selling skills
- Support new store openings, vendors, recruitment, and training
Requirements:
- More than five and up to seven years' retail or marketing experience
- College-level marketing, business, makeup artistry, or esthetics knowledge
- Ability to motivate diverse personalities and styles
- Ability to resolve workplace conflict, stress, and uncertainty
- Computer skills for reports, documents, and presentations
