As Pharmacy Manager at Shoppers Drug Mart, you will oversee daily pharmacy operations and support customers, health care providers, and Pharmacy colleagues. Your work includes maintaining records, managing stock and workflow, and meeting federal, provincial, regulatory, and legal requirements. This is a regular part time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Control dispensary access, inventory, and patient confidentiality
- Review workflow queues and will call bins daily
- Monitor expired stock, levels, and wholesaler medication orders
- Counsel customers on prescription and nonprescription products
- File medication or privacy incident reports
Requirements:
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Strong problem solving and action planning abilities
- Ability to follow Health and Safety procedures
- Willingness to complete mandatory training
- Strong personal computing skills
