Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate client progress from enrollment throughout therapy
- Provide patient, caregiver, and healthcare team education

Requirements:
- Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license
- Five or more years of direct clinical experience
- Recent Patient Support Programs experience
- Neurology or Parkinson's disease experience is an asset
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
