As Pharmacy Manager, you manage overall Pharmacy operations while supporting customers and health care providers. You dispense medication, provide counselling, and practice professional services to your full expanded scope within your capability. You also maintain dispensary workflow, inventory, privacy, records, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prescription counselling and customer assistance
- Ensure accurate and appropriate medication dispensing
- Maintain workflow queues, stock levels, and medication orders
- Communicate with health care professionals within the circle of care
- File medication or privacy incident reports when required
Requirements:
- Independent thinking and effective decision making
- Ability to coordinate, delegate, and coach Pharmacy colleagues
- Strong customer relations and professionalism
- Problem-solving skills and action plan experience
- Knowledge of Pharmacy systems and personal computing skills
