Lead pharmacy operations at Shoppers Drug Mart in Coquitlam, using prescription dispensing and professional services expertise. This is a full-time position.
As Pharmacy Manager, you will manage the dispensary, counsel customers and health care providers, and maintain accurate prescription services. The work includes privacy compliance, inventory oversight, workflow coordination, and customer care. You will also plan assignments, coach Pharmacy colleagues, and support enterprise programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall Pharmacy operations and dispensary maintenance
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and appropriately
- Provide counselling on prescription and nonprescription products
- Maintain workflow queues, will-call bins, and inventory
- Coordinate and coach Pharmacy colleagues
Requirements:
- Independent thinking and decision-making abilities
- Strong customer relations and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving and action-planning skills
- Personal computing and Pharmacy systems knowledge preferred
- Commitment to mandatory training and continuing education
