As Pharmacist, you manage the Pharmacy while on duty and practice within federal, provincial, regulatory, and legal requirements. You provide consultation to customers and health care providers, dispense medication accurately, and maintain dispensary operations. The position includes expanded-scope Professional Services within your capability, privacy compliance, inventory oversight, and colleague coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acknowledge customers approaching the Pharmacy
- Counsel on prescription and over-the-counter products
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and appropriately
- Maintain workflow queues, records, and privacy requirements
- Oversee stock levels, orders, and controlled substances documentation
