As Supervisor, Production, you will assist the Pharmacy Operations Management Team with daily workflow and service delivery. You will organize priorities, reinforce processes, and help facilities, clients, Associate-Owners, and staff receive effective operational support. The full-time schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with some weekends, statutory holidays, and shift coverage required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with Pharmacy Management to solve operational problems
- Implement policies, procedures, and pharmacy best practices
- Review performance indicators and documentation regularly
- Hire, onboard, and train staff according to business needs
- Monitor error rates and address repeat occurrences
Requirements:
- Minimum five years of pharmacy work experience
- At least one year managing others or leading teams
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Comfort managing multiple priorities in regulated operations
