The Beauty Manager manages department resources to maximize sales. You will set goals, develop selling techniques, serve customers, and guide beauty staff. The position works with the Associate-Owner and Front Store Manager while supporting customer service, operations, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set sales goals using corporate tracking tools and dashboards
- Sell products and coach staff in selling skills
- Monitor customer service results and communicate objectives
- Book event appointments and manage annual event schedules
- Mentor, train, motivate, and evaluate department staff
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience achieving sales goals
- Cosmetic experience and customer service orientation
- Previous experience leading a team
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Planning, judgment, and independent decision-making abilities
