The Beauty Manager manages department resources to maximize sales. You will analyze results, solve problems, build collaborative relationships, and support customer-focused service. The work includes eClienteling, PC Optimum promotion, appointment booking, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set sales goals using corporate tracking tools and dashboards
- Coach staff in selling skills and productivity objectives
- Monitor customer service results and communicate objectives
- Book event appointments and manage annual schedules
- Schedule shifts around identified peak hours
Requirements:
- Sales experience with proven achievement of sales goals
- Cosmetic experience and customer service orientation
- Previous experience leading a team
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Planning, judgment, and independent decision-making abilities
