As Beauty Manager, you manage department resources to maximize sales and achieve targets. You sell to customers, coach staff in selling skills, and develop effective sales techniques. You also support beauty standards, customer service, and team productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set sales goals using corporate tracking tools and dashboards
- Coach staff in selling skills and beauty sales standards
- Monitor customer survey results and communicate team objectives
- Book event appointments and manage annual event schedules
- Schedule shifts around identified peak hours
Requirements:
- Sales experience with proven achievement of sales goals
- Cosmetic experience and customer service orientation
- Previous experience leading a team
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Planning, judgment, and independent decision-making abilities
