The Beauty Manager manages department resources to maximize sales targets at 410 Richmond Road. The role combines cosmetic experience, sales leadership, and customer-focused service. You will develop selling techniques, coach staff, monitor results, and support the PC Optimum program while working with store management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set sales goals using corporate tracking tools and dashboards
- Sell products and coach staff in selling skills
- Monitor customer service survey results and objectives
- Book event appointments and manage annual event schedules
- Mentor, train, motivate, and evaluate beauty department staff
Requirements:
- Sales experience with proven sales goal achievement
- Cosmetic experience and customer service orientation
- Previous experience leading a team
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Planning, judgment, and independent decision-making abilities
