Reporting to the Senior Director, Pharmacy Operations, this full-time position advances performance, service quality, and business growth. You will guide Associate Owners and Pharmacy Teams through strategic planning, regulatory alignment, workflow efficiency, and pharmacy technology. The role supports patient-centered programs and consistent brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Associate Owners to enhance pharmacy experiences
- Analyze pharmacy counts, sales, margins, and expenses
- Support SOP adherence, workflow efficiency, and pharmacy technology
- Train and coach teams on systems and patient programs
- Visit locations and recommend operational improvements
Requirements:
- Valid Pharmacist license in your respective Province
- At least five years in Pharmacy Operations or Management
- Understanding of pharmacy operations and financial performance metrics
- Leadership, strategic thinking, and business planning experience
- Availability to travel 50% of the time
