Advance case costing analysis at Scarborough Health Network in a permanent full-time position based at Consilium Place, working days. Use clinical data and financial analysis to support hospital decision-making.
As Senior Case Costing Analyst, you will report to the Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis and Case Costing. You will support Ontario Case Costing, maintain costing models, and connect patient-level costs with budgeting, forecasting, and funding analysis. The position serves internal and external reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Ontario Case Costing extraction, validation, allocation, and submission
- Maintain case costing models and hospital source-system data feeds
- Analyze patient-level cost and clinical information
- Develop standard and ad-hoc stakeholder reports
- Build Excel financial models and scenario analyses
Requirements:
- Chartered Professional Accountant designation in good standing
- At least five years of related analytical experience
- Two years of Ontario Case Costing experience
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and MS SQL Server skills
- Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data quality methodologies
