Reporting to the assigned unit Manager, this permanent full-time position supports individuals and families throughout hospital clinical areas.
The Social Worker delivers care and service while applying crisis intervention, psychosocial assessment, discharge planning, and community-resource knowledge.
Work occurs across all shifts at the General Site.

Requirements
