Job Description:
- Ensure that food serviced and service provided meet Restaurant standards
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of the restaurant staff
- Ensure that the presentation of menus meet quality standards
- Monitor inventories and estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Provide regular training for all restaurant staff in food production, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Resolve work related problems
Requirements:
- Completion of high school
- Minimum 2 years of food service experience
