Key Responsibilities:
- Call new inquiries quickly and book sales appointments
- Reconnect with past customers about recurring services
- Follow up with interested homeowners who have not booked
- Track calls, conversion rates, and completed estimates
- Organize customer information and follow-ups in the CRM
Requirements:
- Previous work experience with reliable, responsible performance
- Experience working toward measurable targets and KPIs
- Confident, natural phone communication skills
- Ability to accept feedback and apply coaching
- Canadian residence, reliable computer, internet, headset, and workspace
