This full-time, permanent position maintains schedules, processes approved changes, and verifies technician, project, and assignment information. You will communicate with Field Service Managers across Canada while supporting workforce planning and resource visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain current technician schedules in Salesforce Field Service
- Process manager-approved scheduling changes accurately
- Track availability, leave, training, travel, and scheduling considerations
- Identify conflicts, gaps, and overdue updates
- Prepare scheduling reports for operational leaders
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous scheduling, dispatch, or operations administration experience
- Salesforce or Salesforce Field Service experience strongly preferred
- Accurate data-entry skills and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
